- Monitor lobby activity and ensure premium guest comfort standards
- Execute emergency protocols and security procedures as needed
Qualifications
- Previous hotel or customer service experience preferred
- Flexible availability for weekend shifts (Fri-Sun evenings)
- Strong communication and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to multitask in fast-paced environments
- Basic computer literacy and POS system knowledge
- Valid Texas hospitality certification (or willingness to obtain)
