Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations during the weekend shift, ensuring smooth check-in/check-out processes.
- Manage and mentor part-time front desk staff and housekeeping teams to maintain high standards of service.
- Resolve guest complaints and inquiries with efficiency and empathy to ensure 100% guest satisfaction.
- Monitor inventory levels for supplies and amenities, ordering stock as needed.
- Ensure strict adherence to hotel safety, security, and operational policies.
- Assist in scheduling and timekeeping for the weekend workforce.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in hospitality, hotel management, or customer service.
- Strong leadership and communication skills with the ability to work well under pressure.
- Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and rotating shifts as required.
- Proficiency in standard property management systems (PMS) is a plus.
- A high school diploma or GED is required; hospitality certifications are a bonus.
