Responsibilities
- Deliver outstanding guest service across front desk, housekeeping, and concierge duties
- Manage check-in/check-out processes efficiently using hotel management software
- Respond to guest inquiries and resolve issues promptly with a positive attitude
- Maintain clean, safe, and welcoming environments in all guest areas
- Collaborate with team members during peak hours and shift transitions
- Adhere to all safety protocols and brand standards
- Assist with special events and VIP guest handling
Qualifications
- Previous hospitality or customer service experience preferred
- Flexible availability including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
