Responsibilities
- Support daily hotel operations including front desk, housekeeping, and guest relations
- Train and mentor front-line staff to deliver exceptional guest experiences

- Handle guest inquiries and resolve service issues promptly
- Collaborate with department heads to implement operational improvements
- Monitor and maintain property standards and safety protocols

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Business, or related field preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proven leadership abilities in school/community activities
- Ability to work flexible hours including nights/weekends
