Responsibilities
- Oversee all hotel operations including front desk, housekeeping, F&B, and maintenance teams
- Develop and implement strategic plans to maximize occupancy, revenue, and guest satisfaction
- Manage departmental budgets, financial reporting, and cost control initiatives
- Ensure compliance with brand standards, health regulations, and safety protocols
- Lead talent acquisition, training, and performance management for all staff
- Handle VIP guest relations and resolve complex service issues
- Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to drive business development
- Monitor industry trends and implement innovative operational improvements
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field required
- Minimum 5+ years progressive hotel management experience
- Proven track record in P&L management and revenue optimization
- Strong leadership skills with experience managing diverse teams
- Expertise in luxury or full-service hotel operations
- Proficiency in hotel management systems (Opera, etc.)
- Exceptional problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities
- Valid Georgia driver's license
