Responsibilities
- Assist in daily hotel operations including front desk, housekeeping, and guest services coordination
- Monitor guest satisfaction metrics and implement service improvement initiatives
- Train and mentor new staff on standard operating procedures and brand standards
- Manage room inventory, reservations, and occupancy reports
- Handle guest complaints and resolve issues with professionalism and discretion
- Coordinate with vendors and maintenance teams for property upkeep
- Participate in developing operational budgets and cost control measures
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and accessibility regulations
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related field
- 0-2 years of hotel or customer service management experience
- Strong leadership abilities with proven team management potential
- Exceptional communication and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in hotel management software (Opera, Cloudbeds) and MS Office
- Ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Valid Maryland driver's license and reliable transportation
- Must be authorized to work in the United States
