Responsibilities
- Oversee all daily operations, including front desk, housekeeping, food and beverage, and maintenance.
- Manage staff recruitment, training, scheduling, and performance evaluations to ensure a high-performing team.
- Develop and implement strategic business plans to maximize revenue and profitability.
- Ensure exceptional guest satisfaction by addressing inquiries, resolving complaints, and maintaining high service standards.
- Monitor financial performance, including P&L management, budgeting, and cost control measures.
- Maintain compliance with local laws, health regulations, and company policies.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in hotel management, preferably in a luxury or upscale setting.
- Strong leadership and communication skills with the ability to motivate a diverse team.
- Proven track record of driving revenue growth and managing budgets effectively.
- Experience with Property Management Systems (PMS) such as Opera or Micros.
- Associate degree in Hospitality Management or related field is preferred.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
