As the Hotel General Manager, you will oversee the day-to-day operations of our prestigious property, ensuring the highest standards of service and operational efficiency.
Responsibilities
- Oversee all hotel operations including front desk, housekeeping, and food & beverage.
- Develop and implement strategic plans to maximize revenue and profitability.
- Ensure strict adherence to company policies and brand standards.
- Lead, train, and mentor a diverse team of hospitality professionals.
- Manage budgets and financial reporting with precision.
- Foster a culture of guest-centric service and continuous improvement.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years in hospitality management, preferably in a luxury setting.
- Proven track record of increasing occupancy rates and guest satisfaction scores.
- Strong leadership and conflict resolution skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficiency in property management systems (PMS).
