Responsibilities
- Support daily hotel operations including front desk management, guest relations, and staff supervision
- Coordinate housekeeping, maintenance, and F&B service teams to ensure flawless guest experiences
- Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and special requests with exceptional service standards
- Assist in revenue management strategies and occupancy optimization
- Participate in staff training and performance evaluations
- Execute safety protocols and emergency response procedures
- Collaborate with department heads for operational efficiency
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 0-2 years hotel operations experience with internship exposure preferred
- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
- Proficiency in hotel management software (Opera, PMS)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Valid California driver's license and clean driving record
- Ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Spanish language proficiency is a plus
