Responsibilities
- Greet and Welcome: Welcome guests warmly, check them in efficiently, and provide information about hotel amenities and local attractions.
- Guest Relations: Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and requests professionally to ensure a 5-star experience.
- Front Desk Operations: Manage the switchboard, process reservations, and handle check-outs accurately.
- Security & Safety: Monitor the lobby area to ensure the safety of guests and property, following all security protocols.
- Administrative Tasks: Maintain accurate guest records in the property management system (PMS) and perform daily opening/closing duties.
- Maintenance Support: Report maintenance issues to the engineering department and assist with basic facility upkeep.
Qualifications
- Experience: Previous experience as a Front Desk Agent, Receptionist, or in a similar customer service role is preferred.
- Education: High school diploma or GED required.
- Skills: Proficiency in MS Office and property management software (e.g., Opera, StayNTouch).
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Availability: Must be available to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Appearance: Professional appearance and demeanor at all times.
