Responsibilities
- Guest Relations: Greet guests warmly upon arrival, assist with check-ins and check-outs, and ensure a seamless arrival experience.
- Operations Support: Maintain a clean and organized front desk and common areas, adhering to strict hygiene and aesthetic standards.
- Communication: Act as the primary point of contact for guests, answering inquiries, taking reservations, and resolving issues efficiently.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with housekeeping, culinary, and maintenance teams to ensure all guest needs are met promptly.
- Service Excellence: Uphold our high standards of service by anticipating guest needs and going above and beyond expectations.
- Administrative Tasks: Handle cash transactions, process payments, and maintain accurate records of guest interactions.
