Responsibilities
- Execute night audit procedures and manage front desk operations seamlessly.
- Check guests in and out, verifying identity and processing payments accurately.
- Respond to guest inquiries via phone and in-person with a warm, professional demeanor.
- Maintain the security of the premises and report any irregularities immediately.
- Assist with light housekeeping duties and inventory checks as needed.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in hospitality or front desk operations is highly preferred.
- Proficiency in Property Management Systems (PMS) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong communication skills and a customer-centric attitude.
- Ability to work independently during night shifts without supervision.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
