Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional guest service across all hotel departments
- Maintain immaculate cleanliness and safety standards in guest rooms and public areas
- Process reservations, check-ins/check-outs with precision and warmth
- Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and F&B teams for seamless operations
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve complaints promptly
- Adhere to all health/safety protocols and brand standards
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year hotel or luxury hospitality experience
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work flexible schedules including nights/weekends
- Valid New York State Food Handler's Certificate (if F&B role)
- Proficiency in hotel management software (Opera, etc.)
- Fluency in English; multilingual candidates preferred
- Positive attitude and attention to detail
