Responsibilities
- Oversee daily front desk operations, check-in/check-out procedures, and guest inquiries
- Monitor staff performance, conduct training sessions, and implement service standards
- Coordinate housekeeping, maintenance, and F&B departments for seamless operations
- Handle guest complaints with empathy and resolve issues efficiently
- Assist in budget management, inventory control, and revenue optimization
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and brand standards

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 1-2 years hotel or customer service experience preferred
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving abilities
- Proficiency in hotel management software (e.g., Opera, PMS)
- Ability to work flexible shifts, weekends, and holidays
- Basic knowledge of revenue management principles
- Valid California driver's license and reliable transportation
- Fluency in English; bilingual Spanish a plus
