Responsibilities
- Oversee daily front desk operations, check-in/check-out procedures, and guest concierge services
- Manage staff scheduling, performance reviews, and team training initiatives
- Handle guest complaints with professionalism, ensuring resolution and satisfaction
- Monitor room inventory, occupancy rates, and implement upselling strategies
- Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and F&B departments for seamless operations
- Assist in budget tracking, expense reporting, and revenue optimization
- Ensure compliance with health/safety regulations and brand standards
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 0-2 years hotel operations experience, preferably in luxury or boutique properties
- Strong leadership and team management capabilities
- Exceptional problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
- Proficiency in hotel management software (Opera, Cloudbeds, etc.)
- Texas Food Handler/Seller certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
- Ability to work flexible shifts, nights, weekends, and holidays
