Responsibilities
- Oversee daily front desk operations and guest services
- Coordinate housekeeping, maintenance, and security teams
- Handle guest complaints with professionalism and efficiency
- Assist with revenue management and inventory control
- Train and supervise staff members
- Ensure compliance with brand standards and safety protocols
- Participate in strategic planning meetings
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality or related field
- 0-2 years hotel experience preferred
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Proficiency in PMS systems (Opera, StayNTouch)
- Ability to work flexible hours including nights/weekends
- Valid Ohio driver's license
- Customer service certification a plus
