Responsibilities
- Oversee daily front desk operations and ensure seamless guest check-in/check-out processes
- Train and supervise front desk agents, bell staff, and concierge team members
- Resolve guest complaints with professionalism and implement service recovery protocols
- Assist in managing room inventory, occupancy reports, and revenue optimization
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance departments for operational excellence
- Contribute to marketing initiatives and social media engagement for the property
- Participate in weekly staff meetings and strategic planning sessions
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 0-2 years of hotel operations or customer service experience
- Strong leadership potential with excellent communication skills
- Proficiency in hotel management systems (e.g., Opera, Amadeus)
- Ability to work flexible shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
- Knowledge of Colorado Springs tourism landscape preferred
- Basic financial literacy for budget tracking and reporting
