Responsibilities
- Oversee daily front desk operations, staff scheduling, and guest service protocols
- Assist in managing room inventory, rate strategies, and occupancy optimization
- Train and mentor front desk agents, concierge, and housekeeping staff
- Handle escalated guest inquiries and resolve service excellence issues
- Monitor departmental budgets, expense controls, and P&L reporting
- Coordinate with sales, maintenance, and F&B teams for seamless operations
- Implement brand standards and quality assurance initiatives
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 1-2 years hotel operations or customer service leadership experience
- Proficiency in PMS systems (Opera, Cloudbeds) and MS Office Suite
- Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail
- Valid Oklahoma driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to work flexible hours, weekends, and holidays
- ServSafe certification preferred (or willingness to obtain)
- Tulsa area residency required for on-call responsibilities
