Responsibilities
- Manage front desk operations, including check-ins, check-outs, and reservation inquiries with precision and efficiency.
- Lead and mentor a team of junior staff members, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment.
- Handle guest complaints and special requests immediately to ensure 100% guest satisfaction scores.
- Monitor and maintain the cleanliness and organization of the lobby, lounge areas, and public spaces.
- Assist in inventory management for amenities and guest supplies.
- Process daily financial transactions and reconcile sales reports accurately.
- Ensure strict compliance with all health, safety, and security regulations.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 16 years of age with a valid work permit.
- Currently enrolled in High School or possess a High School Diploma/GED.
- Demonstrated leadership potential and a passion for customer service.
- Excellent verbal communication skills and a professional demeanor.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends, nights, and holidays.
- Basic computer proficiency and familiarity with property management systems.
- Must be able to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
