Responsibilities
- Assist with front desk operations including guest check-ins/check-outs and reservation management
- Support housekeeping coordination and quality assurance walkthroughs
- Learn basic revenue management and occupancy tracking systems
- Shadow senior managers in team scheduling and vendor communications
- Participate in guest satisfaction initiatives and complaint resolution
- Assist with event setup and banquet coordination for teen-hosted activities
- Maintain accurate records of operational metrics and guest feedback
Qualifications
- Must be 16-18 years old and currently enrolled in high school
- Strong communication skills and professional appearance
- Basic computer proficiency (MS Office Suite)
- Ability to work weekends and evenings (max 20 hours/week)
- Customer service mindset with problem-solving aptitude
- Reliable transportation to downtown Philadelphia location
