Responsibilities
- Safely transport guest luggage to/from rooms using service carts
- Provide exceptional customer service and assist with special requests
- Operate hotel equipment (elevators, carts) safely and efficiently
- Collaborate with front desk and valet teams for seamless operations
- Maintain cleanliness of public areas and bell stations
- Assist with event setup and conference logistics as needed
Qualifications
- Must be 16+ years old with reliable transportation
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly and stand for extended periods
- Strong communication skills and friendly demeanor
- Availability for evenings, weekends, and holidays
