Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional luggage handling and valet services for arriving and departing guests
- Transport guests and luggage via hotel vehicles while maintaining safety standards
- Act as a knowledgeable local resource for dining, attractions, and transportation
- Coordinate with concierge and front desk teams to ensure seamless guest experiences
- Maintain pristine condition of hotel entrances and bell areas
- Process guest requests with speed and professionalism
- Assist with event setup and VIP guest accommodations
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year luxury hospitality or concierge experience
- Valid California driver’s license with clean driving record
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and stand for extended periods
- Professional appearance and polished demeanor
- Working knowledge of San Diego geography and attractions
- Ability to multitask in high-pressure situations
- Flexible availability including weekends and holidays
