Responsibilities
- Safely transport guest luggage to/from rooms using hotel carts
- Provide warm, professional greetings and assistance to arriving guests
- Assist with valet parking and vehicle management as needed
- Deliver items to guest rooms (e.g., packages, amenities)
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of lobby and entrance areas
- Act as local San Antonio ambassador, providing recommendations
- Collaborate with front desk and concierge teams
Qualifications
- No prior experience required - we train everything!
- Must possess valid Texas driver's license (for valet duties)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly
- Professional appearance and friendly demeanor
- Must be available for flexible shifts including weekends
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
