Responsibilities
- Efficiently transport guest luggage to/from rooms using luggage carts
- Provide exceptional guest service with warm greetings and helpful directions
- Assist with valet parking and vehicle retrieval as needed
- Perform daily inspections of lobby and entrance areas
- Coordinate with front desk staff for seamless guest check-ins
- Handle special requests like room deliveries and local recommendations
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of bell desk and equipment
Qualifications
- Must be 16+ years old (valid work permit required if under 18)
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly
- Strong customer service orientation with friendly demeanor
- Reliable transportation to downtown Minneapolis location
- Flexible availability including weekends and holidays
- Previous hospitality experience preferred but not required
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods
- Basic knowledge of Minneapolis area landmarks and attractions
