Responsibilities
- Transport guest luggage to/from rooms safely and efficiently
- Provide personalized recommendations for local attractions, dining, and events
- Assist with valet parking and vehicle management
- Maintain pristine lobby and entrance areas
- Coordinate with concierge for special guest requests
- Handle guest inquiries with professionalism and warmth
- Collaborate with front desk and housekeeping teams
Qualifications
- Previous customer service experience preferred
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
- Valid driver's license with clean record
- Flexible availability including weekends/holidays
