Responsibilities
- Efficiently transport guest luggage to/from rooms using hotel carts
- Provide personalized assistance with check-in/check-out procedures
- Deliver in-room amenities and respond promptly to guest requests
- Coordinate with valet and concierge teams for seamless service
- Maintain luggage storage areas with meticulous organization
- Act as a brand ambassador through professional interactions
- Assist with event setup and special guest arrangements
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year hospitality or customer service experience
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly and stand for extended periods
- Valid California driver's license with clean driving record
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency with hotel property management systems
- Impeccable grooming and professional appearance standards
- Flexible availability including weekends and holidays
- Knowledge of Oakland area attractions preferred
