Responsibilities
- Safely transport guest luggage and belongings using hotel carts
- Provide warm, personalized welcome services to arriving guests
- Assist with valet parking and vehicle retrieval services
- Deliver in-room amenities and packages promptly
- Maintain pristine condition of lobby and entrance areas
- Offer local area recommendations and assist with guest inquiries
- Collaborate with concierge and front desk teams seamlessly
Qualifications
- Previous hotel or hospitality experience preferred
- Valid California driver's license with clean record
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly
- Outstanding communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends/holidays
- Professional appearance and positive demeanor
- Basic knowledge of San Jose attractions and transportation
- High school diploma or equivalent required
