Responsibilities
- Provide warm, personalized assistance to hotel guests with luggage, room orientations, and local recommendations
- Safely transport guest luggage using hotel-provided equipment while maintaining professional appearance
- Coordinate with valet and concierge teams for seamless guest transitions
- Assist with special event logistics and VIP guest accommodations
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of luggage storage areas and entrances
- Resolve guest inquiries with proactive problem-solving skills
- Uphold brand standards through consistent service excellence
Qualifications
- Previous hotel or hospitality experience preferred, not required
- Exceptional customer service skills with a genuine smile
- Ability to safely lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
- Reliable transportation and punctuality
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
