Responsibilities
- Greet and assist hotel guests with luggage, transportation, and directions
- Safely transport luggage between guest rooms and lobby areas
- Provide information about local attractions, dining, and transportation options
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of lobby and entrance areas
- Assist with valet parking and guest vehicle management
- Collaborate with front desk staff to ensure seamless guest experiences
- Follow all safety protocols for handling guest belongings
Qualifications
- Must be 16 years or older (perfect for high school students)
- Excellent customer service skills and friendly demeanor
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds regularly
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Punctual and reliable with flexible availability
- Basic knowledge of Charlotte area preferred
- Team player with positive attitude
- Previous customer service experience a plus
