Responsibilities
- Greet and assist guests with luggage, transportation, and hotel amenities
- Safely transport luggage using hotel carts and elevators
- Provide directions and information about El Paso attractions
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of hotel entrance and lobby areas
- Coordinate with front desk staff for seamless guest check-in/check-out
- Assist with va parking and special guest requests
- Report maintenance issues and safety concerns promptly
Qualifications
- Must be at least 16 years old (perfect for high school students!)
- Valid work permit if under 18
- Positive attitude and strong customer service mindset
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods and lift 50+ lbs
- Reliable transportation to/from work location
- Flexible availability including weekends and holidays
- Team player with excellent communication skills
- No prior experience required – we train!
