Responsibilities
- Efficiently transport guest luggage to/from rooms using service carts
- Provide courteous door service and valet parking assistance
- Assist with luggage storage and retrieval requests
- Deliver in-room amenities and packages promptly
- Maintain cleanliness of lobby and entrance areas
- Collaborate with front desk and concierge teams
- Respond to guest inquiries with resort knowledge
Qualifications
- Previous hospitality or customer service experience preferred
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly
- Valid Florida driver's license with clean record
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Professional appearance and positive attitude
- Flexible availability including weekends/holidays
- Basic knowledge of Jacksonville attractions
