Responsibilities
- Safely transport guest luggage using hotel carts and trolleys
- Provide warm, personalized greetings upon guest arrival
- Assist with valet parking and vehicle retrieval when needed
- Deliver items to guest rooms per requests
- Act as a local expert recommending attractions and dining
- Maintain luggage storage area organization and security
- Collaborate with concierge and front desk teams
- Uphold strict safety and service standards
Qualifications
- Previous hospitality or customer service experience preferred
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly
- Valid Oklahoma driver's license required
- Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills
- Professional appearance and positive attitude
- Ability to navigate hotel property efficiently
- Flexible availability including weekends and holidays
- Must pass background check and drug screening
