Responsibilities
- Efficiently transport guest luggage to/from rooms using luggage carts
- Provide outstanding guest assistance with directions, recommendations, and special requests
- Maintain pristine lobby and entrance areas
- Coordinate valet parking services during peak hours
- Assist with event setup and conference room preparations
- Process guest deliveries and packages promptly
- Uphold strict safety and security protocols
Qualifications
- Previous hospitality or customer service experience preferred
- Valid driver's license with clean driving record
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work flexible shifts including nights/weekends
- Professional appearance and demeanor
- Knowledge of Albuquerque attractions and transportation
- Basic computer literacy for reservation systems
