Responsibilities
- Efficiently transport guest luggage and provide timely assistance to arriving and departing guests
- Deliver exceptional customer service with a warm, professional demeanor
- Assist with valet parking, room deliveries, and special guest requests
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of lobby and entrance areas
- Communicate effectively with front desk and other hotel departments
- Handle guest inquiries with knowledge of local attractions and services
- Adhere to all safety protocols and company standards
Qualifications
- No prior experience required – we train all team members!
- Must possess excellent customer service skills and a positive attitude
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods and lift up to 50 pounds
- Strong communication skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Must have reliable transportation and punctual attendance
- Valid driver's license preferred but not required
- Ability to work weekends, evenings, and holidays
- Must pass background check and drug screening
