Responsibilities
- Efficiently transport guest luggage using resort-approved equipment
- Provide exceptional guest assistance with check-in/out and local recommendations
- Maintain pristine public areas and valet operations
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams for guest requests
- Execute VIP arrival/departure procedures with precision
- Safely operate resort vehicles and equipment per company protocols
Qualifications
- Previous hospitality or customer service experience preferred
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs regularly and stand for extended periods
- Valid Arizona driver's license and clean driving record
- Exceptional communication and problem-solving skills
- Knowledge of Tucson attractions and transportation networks
- Flexible availability including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Professional appearance and friendly demeanor
