Responsibilities
- Guest Relations: Welcome guests warmly and efficiently, managing check-ins and check-outs while ensuring a personalized and memorable experience.
- Reservations & Operations: Process incoming reservations via phone and email, maintain accurate records in the property management system, and manage the lobby area.
- Concierge Services: Provide exceptional local recommendations, answer inquiries about hotel amenities, and coordinate transportation or special requests.
- Financial Accuracy: Handle cash transactions and credit card processing with strict adherence to security protocols and daily closing procedures.
- Brand Standards: Uphold the hotel's brand standards, ensuring the front desk and lobby are always neat, organized, and welcoming.
Qualifications
- Experience: Previous front desk or hospitality experience is preferred, but we are eager to train enthusiastic candidates for immediate hire.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Customer Service: A friendly, professional demeanor with a genuine passion for helping others and exceeding guest expectations.
- Computer Skills: Proficiency with Property Management Systems (PMS) and Microsoft Office suite is highly desirable.
- Availability: Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and varying shifts to support our 24/7 operation.
