Responsibilities
- Safely transport guest luggage to/from rooms using wheeled carts
- Provide warm, efficient check-in/check-out assistance
- Deliver in-room amenities and respond to guest requests
- Maintain clean, organized luggage storage areas
- Assist with valet parking during peak hours
- Collaborate with front desk and housekeeping teams
- Uphold exceptional service standards at all times
Qualifications
- Must be 16+ years old (valid work permit required)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs and stand for extended periods
- Strong time management and reliability
- Positive attitude with problem-solving mindset
- Basic knowledge of Tulsa geography (preferred)
