- Coordinate with front desk for seamless check-in/check-out
- Maintain pristine lobby and public areas
- Resolve guest inquiries with immediate professionalism
- Collaborate with concierge team for local recommendations
Qualifications
- Previous hospitality or customer service experience preferred
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs safely and repeatedly
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
- Valid Colorado driver's license (for valet duties)

- Flexible availability including nights/weekends
