- Efficiently transport guest luggage using professional equipment
- Provide personalized recommendations for Portland's best attractions, dining, and entertainment
- Maintain pristine lobby and entrance areas
- Assist with valet parking and transportation coordination
- Handle guest requests with prompt, friendly service
- Collaborate with concierge and front desk teams
- Uphold brand standards for cleanliness and safety
Qualifications
- 1+ years in customer service or hospitality role
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs safely
- Valid Oregon driver's license preferred
- Exceptional communication skills
- Flexible schedule availability (nights/weekends/holidays)
- Professional appearance and demeanor
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Portland area knowledge strongly preferred
