Responsibilities
- Efficiently transport guest luggage and belongings to/from rooms using hotel carts
- Provide warm, personalized greetings and assistance to arriving/departing guests
- Execute valet parking services with precision and professionalism
- Assist with concierge duties including restaurant reservations and local recommendations
- Maintain pristine appearance of hotel lobby and public areas
- Collaborate with front desk and housekeeping teams for seamless guest transitions
- Respond promptly to guest requests with solutions-oriented approach
Qualifications
- Previous hotel or customer service experience preferred
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and stand for extended periods
- Valid Missouri driver's license with clean driving record (for valet duties)
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Professional appearance and polished demeanor
- Ability to multitask in high-pressure situations
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Basic knowledge of Kansas City area attractions
