Responsibilities
- Efficiently transport guest luggage using luggage carts and trolleys
- Provide warm, professional welcomes and farewells to all guests
- Assist with valet parking services as needed
- Deliver items to guest rooms promptly and accurately
- Act as a local resource for guest inquiries and recommendations
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of lobby and entrance areas
- Collaborate with front desk team for seamless guest transitions
Qualifications
- Previous hotel or hospitality experience preferred
- Valid driver's license with clean driving record
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds repeatedly
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
- Professional appearance and demeanor
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods
- Flexibility to work weekends, evenings, and holidays
- Basic knowledge of Long Beach area attractions
