Responsibilities
- Assist guests with luggage handling, transportation coordination, and room check-in/check-out procedures
- Provide exceptional customer service, answering inquiries and offering local recommendations
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of lobby, entrance areas, and guest facilities
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to resolve guest requests promptly
- Safeguard guest belongings and maintain strict confidentiality of personal information
- Participate in daily briefings and adhere to all safety and security protocols
- Assist with valet parking services during peak hours when needed
Qualifications
- No prior experience required – comprehensive training provided
- Outstanding interpersonal skills and genuine enthusiasm for customer service
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods and lift up to 50 pounds
- Strong communication skills and ability to multitask in fast-paced environments
- Flexibility to work weekends, evenings, and holidays as required
- Valid Pennsylvania driver's license preferred for transportation duties
- Professional appearance and positive attitude at all times
- High school diploma or equivalent required
