Responsibilities
- Assist guests with luggage transportation and room check-in/check-out procedures
- Provide exceptional customer service and local area information
- Operate hotel shuttle services and coordinate transportation requests
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of lobby, bell desk, and luggage storage areas
- Collaborate with front desk and concierge teams to resolve guest inquiries
- Safeguard guest belongings and maintain secure handling of luggage
- Participate in daily shift briefings and service standard training
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- No prior experience required – we train all team members
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
- Valid driver's license preferred (for shuttle operation)
- Professional appearance and friendly demeanor
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
