Responsibilities
- Efficiently transport guest luggage using service carts and elevators
- Provide exceptional guest assistance with directions, local recommendations, and hotel amenities
- Maintain pristine lobby and public areas through constant monitoring and tidying
- Coordinate with front desk for seamless guest check-in/check-out support
- Assist with valet parking and vehicle retrieval when needed
- Report maintenance issues and guest concerns to management promptly
Qualifications
- Must be 18+ years old and able to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods in fast-paced environment
- Strong customer service orientation with a positive attitude
- Must pass background check and drug screening
- Reliable transportation to work location required
- Previous hospitality experience preferred but not required
