Responsibilities
- Warmly greet and assist hotel guests with luggage handling
- Transport luggage safely to guest rooms using hotel equipment
- Provide information about hotel amenities and local Wichita attractions
- Run errands and deliver items to guest rooms as requested
- Maintain clean and orderly lobby/entrance areas
- Coordinate with front desk staff for seamless guest experiences
- Assist with valet parking and transportation services
Qualifications
- No prior experience required – comprehensive training provided
- Exceptional customer service skills and friendly demeanor
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds safely
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods
- Basic knowledge of Wichita area preferred
- Flexible availability including weekends/holidays
