Responsibilities
- Efficiently transport guest luggage using hotel carts and trolleys
- Provide warm, personalized welcome assistance to arriving guests
- Assist with valet parking and vehicle retrieval as needed
- Deliver in-room amenities and guest requests promptly
- Maintain pristine lobby and public area presentation standards
- Collaborate with front desk team for seamless guest transitions
- Safely operate hotel equipment following safety protocols
Qualifications
- Must be 16 years or older (work permit required if under 18)
- Outstanding interpersonal communication skills
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs
- Reliable transportation to downtown Chicago location
- Professional appearance and positive attitude
- Availability for weekend/evening shifts
- Previous customer service experience preferred but not required
