Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly upon arrival and ensure a smooth check-in process.
- Assist guests with luggage, packages, and personal items to their rooms.
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the lobby and service areas.
- Provide accurate information about local attractions, dining, and amenities.
- Operate hotel elevators and carts safely and efficiently.
- Handle guest inquiries and requests with a positive and professional attitude.
- Collaborate with front desk staff to ensure seamless guest experiences.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Reliable transportation to and from the workplace.
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
- Previous experience in hospitality or customer service is a plus but not mandatory.
- Must be available for immediate start.
