Responsibilities
- Safely transport guest luggage between vehicles and rooms using hotel-approved equipment
- Provide warm welcome assistance to arriving guests, including door opening and vehicle valet
- Deliver in-room amenities, packages, and special requests promptly
- Assist with event setup, meeting room preparation, and conference support
- Maintain pristine lobby and public areas through constant surveillance and tidying
- Act as a local resource for guests, providing recommendations for dining and attractions
- Collaborate with concierge and front desk teams for seamless service coordination
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- 1+ years of hospitality or customer service experience preferred
- Valid Texas driver's license with clean driving record
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly and stand for extended periods
- Exceptional communication skills in English (bilingual Spanish a major plus)
- Impeccable grooming standards and professional appearance
- Must pass comprehensive background check and drug screening
- Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays
