Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional luggage assistance and valet services to hotel guests
- Transport guests and luggage via hotel shuttle or personal vehicle
- Execute flawless room deliveries (amenities, packages, documents)
- Maintain pristine lobby and entrance area standards
- Collaborate with front desk team for seamless guest check-in/check-out
- Assist with event setup and VIP guest arrangements
- Resolve guest inquiries with proactive problem-solving
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year hospitality or customer service experience
- Valid Indiana driver's license with clean record
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly
- Exceptional interpersonal communication skills
- Professional appearance and demeanor
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Basic knowledge of Indianapolis landmarks and transportation
- Ability to operate hotel shuttle vehicles safely
