Responsibilities
- Efficiently handle guest luggage check-in/check-out using secure protocols
- Provide VIP transportation services via hotel shuttle or vehicle
- Assist with room orientation and amenity explanations
- Coordinate with concierge for special requests and reservations
- Maintain pristine lobby and entrance area appearance
- Respond to guest inquiries with detailed local knowledge
- Collaborate with housekeeping and front desk teams
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year hospitality or customer service experience
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs and stand for extended periods
- Valid driver's license with clean record (shuttle operation)
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in hotel property management systems
- Flexible availability including weekends/holidays
- DC hospitality certification preferred
- Fluent in English; Spanish a plus
